So I was messing around HWmonitor pro and accidentally set my gpus PWM control to 35. And I'm using 1000 rpm Noctua, so fan speeds are seriously low volume-dead silent. So I have to ask if Im over reacting or should I be concerned. Slow rise from 20% to 30% at 20☌ to 60☌, then sharp rise to 100% at 70☌. I can't manipulate with the speed of any fan in any program, unless I do the following: -run Speedfan -go to Configure->Advanced -select the correct chip on the motherboard -set PWM.
